Position Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our team in Pune for a full-time evening shift role. This individual will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues, providing product support, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The role involves triaging customer concerns, offering solutions or workarounds, tracking issues, and participating in quality assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Level 2 (L2) support in coordination with the global support team after the initial customer request is logged
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chats
• Provide accurate product/service information and troubleshoot customer issues
• Escalate unresolved or complex problems to senior technical/business representatives
• Track, document, and manage customer issues to ensure resolution within agreed timelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and SmartKargo product functionality
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Create, manage, and track defects and change requests using tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Zoho Tickets

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience: 3–5 years in business support (L1/L2), client servicing, or helpdesk roles

• Knowledge or prior experience in the air cargo or logistics industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and customer environments
• Collaborative mindset and proactive approach to customer issue resolution

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and support of scalable web applications using Microsoft technologies. This role requires a strong foundation in .NET frameworks, C#, SQL Server, and API development, along with a proactive approach to learning and collaboration within an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using .NET technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure scalability, availability, security, and performance of applications
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers
• Implement and consume SOAP and REST web services
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Contribute to code reviews, debugging, and software lifecycle management
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose technical improvements

Requirements

• 2-8 Years of experience in .NET application development
• Strong experience with .NET Frameworks, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server
• Experience developing and consuming APIs (SOAP, REST)
• Experience working with tools like Postman and Swagger (nice to have)
• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
• Strong understanding of system testing, debugging, and software lifecycle

Preferred skills

• Exposure to Azure and willingness to work in cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with Dotnet Core and MVC
• Experience working in Agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
